Weight loss update

So I’m a bit late on this post but better later than never. A month has past and B and I are off to a rough start. I have fortunately made it to the gym more frequently than him but not as often as I’d hoped.

There was a flaw in my plan. I was hoping to work out on Tues( my telecommute day) and Sat/Sun. That would yeild my 3 days a week. I failed to account for

1) Having a life
2) leaving town on weekends
3) just plain laziness.

So here we are a month after re-joining our gym and I have only lost 3 lbs of my 50 lb goal. *sigh* Its slow but its going. I can’t speak for B. I’m not sure where he is at. Hopefully this second month will be much better! I do feel a bit more motivated. That’s a plus.
